It is the first and only white amaro in the world, with its color achieved without the use of artificial colorants thanks to an innovative technique involving the suspension of starches and natural gums.

Its innocent color hides an unexpected flavor: delicately bitter notes of quassia wood and the balsamic aroma of rosemary, complemented by the aromatic accents of cocoa beans, damask rose, pink grapefruit, and zedoary.
